Tonight is the night! We’re giving away tons of our extra MegaCon swag (pictured above) here at Patreon =) I’ll post the names of the winners shortly after the 8PM EST random giveaway, and will contact you all privately within the next day or two to confirm your address, so it’s important we have your correct email address.
Now that it’s the beginning of the month too – just a reminder – make sure your contact info and credit card info is valid up here at Patreon. Otherwise the .csv file we export for the random number generator will not include you in all the giveaways, so it’s important that your info is valid by 8PM EST. I got a message from Patreon that about thirty of you had credit card declines >__< Which is an easy fix – just pop up here – (be sure you are logged in) https://www.patreon.com/settings/payment and make sure your payment method is up-to-date. Usually it’s a case of needing to add a new expiration date, or updating a card number, or making sure your ZIP/postal code matches your card info, etc. If your credit card/bank card has declined and you are not sure why, just call the number on the back of your card and let them know that yes, you are a Patreon subscriber (sometimes banks/ccs accidentally flag accounts, etc.).
Again – everybody who is a valid member as of 8PM will automatically be included for the Canvas Cuties & the autographed shopping bags giveaways, and of course the Pin Collectors for the MegaCon Pins! You don’t need to take any extra steps as long as your account is up to date – you’ll all be pooled into the giveaway hat, hehe.
