Wow, our May Pin of the Month – “Venus in Gold” – has just been finished (thank you Matty for the photos) and she is stunning! These pics are all of the same pin, from different angles – it’s a difficult one to photograph with a phone, lol, as the white is a pearlescent hard enamel and ALL of the lines are plated with gold metal.
I’d love to re-imagine some of my other favourite designs in this pearl & gold format – which of my other pins would you all like to see in the future this way?
These actually took less time to make than the April Pin of the Month (the rainbow metal plated “Rainbow Twilight Delight”) but we’re still keeping Venus for May and Rainbow Twilight Delight for April. Thank you all for your “get well” wishes for Matt! He’s doing fine now, just a little tummy trouble earlier, we’ve got family now in town visiting so we should be all ready for Twitch Tuesday again on schedule. We’ll be making up for lost time with some extra special hourly goodies (did somebody say “Voodoo in Green” pins? Did somebody say autographed Tinker Bell figurines?
