Okay folks – here’s a photo of just a few – these are a brand new type of artwork from me, long in the works, debuting Black Friday – these will pop up “live” at Strangeling.com at midnight ET when Thanksgiving magically turns into a shopping frenzy 😉 We’ll have other promos and the usual sale too as always, but these are particularly exciting.
I plan to offer these periodically and might change things up later (maybe even add some coloured series, etc.) but for now the regular price on these is $295. BUT it will be Black Friday, so y’all can use the THANKS2021 coupon code to get 25% off between Friday through Cyber Monday.

BLURB: Each is an original drawing, sketch or study done with pencils, charcoal, ink or pastels on a piece of archival 2.5×3.5″ illustration board. Not prints, but actual originals direct from Jasmine’s studio! You will receive a RANDOM sketch card (please refer to Jasmine’s photo for random examples from her debut batch). They truly are random, we are unable to process any special requests.
This being said – we are very much encouraging collectors to TRADE their Sketch Cards – we suggest the Official Jasmine Becket-Griffith Collector’s Group up at Facebook HERE ( https://www.facebook.com/groups/strangelingpins/ ) (folks trade Strangeling pins there too, and many also trade pins for artwork and vice versa) or make friends up at my Patreon HERE ( https://www.patreon.com/jasminebecketgriffith ) . So if you find yourself with a mermaid Sketch Card but have your eye on a dragon Sketch Card, hop up to Facebook or Patreon and trade! Your original Sketch Card will come in a plastic sleeve, they are the same size as a standard trading card (same size as Jasmine’s ACEO cards, but these are originals instead of giclee prints), like a Pokemon card. They fit easily into trading card binders, and are also suitable for framing (they fit into ACEO frames or any baseball card frame from the drugstore, 2.5×3.5″ illustration board).
Sketch Cards may include favourite Strangeling characters, preparatory studies for upcoming paintings, concept artwork not available elsewhere, traditional and non-traditional holidays, and Jasmine also future plans to incorporate illustrations from her personal life and travels. They are the most affordable and space-saving way to collect an original artwork from Jasmine.
In lieu of names, each Sketch Card will be titled by year and sequence, starting with “Sketch Card Strangeling 2021 Series: 1” or “Sketch Card Strangeling 2022 Series: 7” etc. Titles are written on the back by Jasmine, signed and dated back & front. Each is an original artwork, not a print, and has been lightly sprayed with a fixative to prevent smearing (we recommend keeping these in the plastic sleeves or framing to avoid contact with moisture or skin oils as these are actual drawings on illustration board, not canvas).
