As promised, now that we’ve met our first official patron goal here at Patreon, I am giving away a custom original painting.
This Wednesday, May 3rd at around 8:00PM EST we will select a Patron using a random number generator as winner. Since I am feeling extra thankful to you all lately, I’ve gone ahead and up-sized it from my usual 3×3″ originals to a 6×6″ (shown above) for the painting! It will be part of my Faces of Faery series of square paintings, and yes – the winning Patron will get to tell me how to finish the painting and yes I will then mail the actual painting!
So far the painting looks like it does in the photo above, just a sketch really of one of my big eyed cuties =) The winner will get to choose the following:
*Hair colour/style
*Eye colour/ makeup (or no makeup, jewelry or whatever)
*Skintone/colour (I can totally do tattoos, freckles, etc. too!)
*Wings? (if you want ’em!)
*Background / theme – I can fit pretty much whatever I can in this 6×6″ painting, we have to of course work it all around her face , but I could paint a beautiful sky, a forest, a castle, underwater, galaxies, perhaps a small pet, whatever you want really! Ignore the big “?” question mark, lol, that will be painted over.
*Clothing, etc.
*Gender – while I have glammed up the eyelashes quite a bit in the sketch I could always tone it down and paint a boy character, gender neutral, etc. The basic face shape & features will remain as shown, but I can definitely change the eyebrows, lashes, etc. as requested.
*The winner may feel free to email me photos of themselves or a loved one and I can attempt to match haircolour/skintone/eyes/etc. of course, but the facial features will remain as in the sketch (this won’t be an exact portrait of anybody).

After the winner tells me how to finish the painting, I will then paint it, and mail you the actual original painting =) Usually these go for around $2,500 – so this is a pretty excellent giveaway =)

Definitely check & make sure your credit card , address & contact info is up to date. ALL patrons will be automatically entered, of all levels! Please do NOT ask me to paint copyrighted/trademarked characters or to include the intellectual property of other people or companies that is not in the public domain (IE, don’t ask me to paint Harley Quinn or Mickey Mouse or Elvis, etc. unless you yourself have secured written permission of the copyright holders and can provide that to my legal guy). Please note that the copyright and reproduction rights of the resulting painting will belong to ©Jasmine Becket-Griffith and that prints and assorted merchandise may be offered for sale by Jasmine in the future.
