Hello Patrons!
Apologies again for the lack of posts, I’ve had a rough start this year being ill but am definitely now on the mend =) Last round of biopsies have declared me 100% cancer free, I’m just very weak and having to recuperate a bit slowly. I’ve been sliced and diced throughout my abdomen in my last two surgeries so it’s difficult at the moment to sit upright for long periods of time but Matty got me a nifty sort of desk I can use now when I’m lying down still for my laptop and hopefully for doing some drawing and stuff, I’ve been going nuts not being my usual self. ;P
Pin collectors! Couple of quick notes – the Strangeling February Pin of the Month – “Fixing a Broken Heart” (concept art on the left) shipping will be delayed this month – we’re still waiting on some components to arrive and our own shipment is currently being detained at border customs due to the international quarantine for the Coronavirus crisis.
Don’t worry, according to USPS and the CDC, shipping will definitely be resuming soon, everything is just being held up by the post office quarantine at this time. Don’t worry too – as long as you are or were a Pin Collector Tier Patron at any point during the month of February, you’ll be receiving your pins no matter what, just a little later than usual!
To help make up for the delay, we will be putting a little something extra in your March packages 😉
Speaking of March, our March Pin of the month is my lovely “Allura” (on your right) – with a couple of different shades of iridescent glittery enamel.
We’ve got some colouring pages ready to post up here too in the next 24 hours or so too so please stay tuned!
In other news – since I’ve been waylaid by the unanticipated physical limitations the Corey Helford Gallery has been very kind and we have re-scheduled my next big solo show for March of 2021. This will give me more time to recuperate a bit before jumping into my next big collection. I’ve been already in the planning stages while I’ve been on bedrest though so you can bet it will be my best show yet 😉
