Important! We will not be at MegaCon this month after all =( We have instead selected the option to “roll over” our exhibitor booth for the NEXT MegaCon. Very sad and very sorry to have to announce it, it’s not something within my personal control. Unfortunately our primary helper hired to stretch the canvases for the show has been hospitalized with COVID and with yet another Strangeling team member immunno-compromised we need to follow all guidelines for everybody’s safety. Also too, with the added safety restrictions from the County regarding distancing I’m not sure we’d be able to comply with the size of our booth and the amount of lines we typically get for pins & autographs.
We know too that many of our fellow vendors and friends & fans have had to cancel already for travel or health reasons, but we are looking forward to our usual booth at the next MegaCon.
As long as things keep moving in a healthy direction I don’t foresee any issues with DragonCon or the KC RenFest (the Ren Fair is outdoors either way), and we promise to do something fun with the pins and other goodies we had intended for MegaCon.
We’re all bummed, it was gonna be our first big show post-pandemic, hope everybody else is doing okay and I’ll just get back to painting for now. Love to you all.
