Releasing Fireflies is officially now the next Patreon-Exclusive Pin. She’s still in production (we are going with a glow-in-the-dark enamel and the design work took a bit longer than usual and the Scarecrows flew away faster than usual!), so for any NEW pin collectors who sign up as of
the morning of 03/03/18 or after, your collection will begin with “Releasing Fireflies”, the Strangeling Lanyard, and the March Pin of the Month – “Guitar Fairy”.
Depending on when our stock inventory of “Releasing Fireflies” is finished (the mold is all done, it’s now just an issue of pouring the tiny enamel layers and getting them all packaged & shipped) – she might go out along in the same package as “Guitar Fairy” (for those of you who are already pin collectors and get the Pin of the Month each month in addition to the Patreon Exclusives). Alternately, if it gets to be March 10 or so and we don’t have Releasing Fireflies finished yet, we’ll instead just send “Releasing Fireflies” out with the April Pin of the Month instead (which I’ll be announcing soon……. 😉 )
Either way, all my Patreon Pin Collector folks will now be receiving this beautiful glow-in-the-dark pin – I’m so excited for her! There is something about glow-in-the-dark stuff that reminds me of when I was a little girl, hiding at night with a flashlight under the covers or in a dark closet with a glow-in-the-dark toy or bracelet, I love it.
