I woke up this morning to the WONDERFUL news that we have hit our $3000 Patreon Goal! Thank you ALL so much for your support!
This is tremendously exciting for us. We can now get the ball rolling on our separate printing/framing office/workshop here in Florida. We have wanted this for a long time, as in the past 15 years our little house here in Celebration, FL has slowly been taken over by boxes, printers, jugs of ink, thousands of stretcher bars and canvas rolls…. you get the idea. We literally live in only part of one room that hasn’t been completely consumed by my art business >___<
With this goal, we will now have a separate structure not too far from our house to move all the framing, printing, varnishing & canvas stretching stuff. We have already lined up the building and now we can jump in and start setting everything up – hopefully within the next week even! We’ve been checking here at Patreon each day counting down the dollars for this specific goal. Matt has drawn up the plans on how he is going to convert the new building (which is currently a studio apartment on top of a 2.5 car garage) into a small Strangeling factory, hehe.
Since you all have contributed to this, we will be posting photos along the way as we get everything set up. Eventually too we’ll also be using this new office to house a BIG super sized printer so that we can start making even bigger canvas prints.

Now the next goal (the $5000 mark) is appearing on the horizon too. We are hoping to get there in the not-too-distant future, as at that point is when Matty can hire his own full-time assistant to help out with a lot of the printing & packing, so that he can focus on making more fun stuff like custom picture frames for me, that type of thing. Since we’re getting a separate office for printing & packing now with our $3000 goal, we’ll then have a nice place for an additional employee to work (without being underfoot in our private house, lol). Hopefully it will all work out smoothly – wish us luck, and thank you again so much!!
