Yes, I’m giving away a CUSTOM PAINTING this month! The winner (ALL of my Patreon Patrons will be automatically entered, all levels, you don’t need to do anything!) will be selected via Random Number Generator on Wednesday, November 22nd at around 8pm Eastern Time.
Yes, you’ll get your own custom original painting – the one in the photo above. It’s not a huge painting, but it’s YOURS, and you can pick either of the picture frames shown here too (or if you want to frame her yourself, you can do that later).
She’s an original acrylic painting on panel, and so far she looks just like the photo above. If you are the winner, I will contact you directly and you’ll get to tell me how to finish her and then I’ll mail you the finished original painting – just for you =)
You’ll get to decide:
*Hairstyle/colour
*Skintone/makeup (she’s just grey now, but I can make her any colour you want!)
*Eyes (colour, eyemakeup, I can change her expression with her eyebrows….)
*Wings? Is she a fairy? Maybe she’s a mermaid?
*Portrait – she is going to have the proportions & face type as shown, but if you send me a photo of yourself or somebody you love I can match the painting’s skin/hair/eyes with the photo
*Clothing (or not?) – she’s roughly mid chest level & up, portrait style so I can’t exactly paint in any shoes or legs, lol, but I can paint any kind of top you like, feel free to send photos of what you’re wanting for reference
*Tattoos/jewelry
*Background/theme (whatever I can fit around her!) Is she in space? Underwater? Surrounded by spiders? If can fit it in, I can paint it.
*Perhaps a small pet or other accessory (again, keep in mind the size of the painting and the figure within it, but I could definitely fit in a pet dragon or puppy or whatever!)
I’ll then finish the painting to meet your specifications, email you a pic for your approval, then I’ll varnish, frame and mail you the original painting itself for you to keep.
What I CAN’T do:
*I can’t paint Disney characters for you, I can only do that for the Walt Disney Company.
*Other people’s intellectual property (I can’t take characters or artwork or trademarked images that belong to other people, movies, comics etc.) – unless you yourself have obtained written and verifiable permission and/or a licensing agreement from the IP holder.
*Brand logos or political icons (I’m not an editorial cartoonist nor do I want my artwork used to leverage political or commercial agendas)
*I cannot transfer the copyright of the finished piece, as the artist I retain all the copyright and reproduction rights to the image. If you are interested in hiring me to create a “work-for-hire” commissioned piece this is not the place, just contact me privately, lol.
*I cannot squeeze in additional faces. Please don’t ask me to fit in a weirdly small person next to her to try to get two-for-one, lol – it will look bad and oddly unbalanced. I can totally fit in a cat or a little dragon, but no more humanoids should be added in this piece.
